Via Edetana is made with Garnacha Fina and Garnatxa Peluda in equal parts from old vines grown in “tapàs” , “tapàs blanc” and “argil·les” soils. Different fermentations are made from each plot to obtain a wider range of nuances, and they are completed we made a unique assemblage of both grape varietals. Then it follows 12 months aging in 300l. French oak barrels before assemblage and bottling.
