Currently it is Baron Patrick DE LADOUCETTE who continues to head this mythical household and who continues to make some of the best wines in the area.Ladoucette Pouilly-Fumé is a white wine aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks to keep its fresh and floral character intact. It remains there on lees for a total of 8 months.
