A blend of Calvados aged over three years in oak casks. Topaz colour. The nose is dominated by fruit (apples and pears) with some spices such a cinnamon originating in the ageing. Mouth with a supple, slightly woody structure. This Calvados is perfect for "Trou Normand", granités or with a Norman dessert.
