Châteauneuf-du-Pape "Centenaire" Rouge

From one hectare of the oldest vines (1890-1914) planted to sandy loam soils, the varietals used are predominantly Grenache but include all 13 designated varietals. The estate uses traditional winemaking methods with long maceration and aging over 18 months in old 'foudre' barrels.
