Castello di Pomino Bianco

Pomino bianco 2021 is a white with a marvellous, bright straw-yellow colour. The nose reveals citrus notes like citron, as well as hints of green apple and pear. Floral notes include wisteria, chamomile, lily and gorse. Finally, there is a delicate sensation of exotic fruit, like pineapple. On the palate, it is beautifully fresh with a splendid mineral quality. This exceptionally balanced wine is fresh and fulfilling, with tastes and smells that correspond beautifully.
