Though its red shade is somewhat subdued, its pinot roots never fail to light up and be noticed. Hints of oak hit the nose on top of aromas of red flowers (peony and rose). Its clear tannin body leaves a fresh, thirst-quenching taste in the mouth. Simple dishes, without sauce or ornamentation, such as roast chicken, will accompany this wine beautifully.
