Electronic contract cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act.
This section refers specifically to the sale of goods between you, the consumer and Reciprocal Wine Company, the vendor. In the process of purchase, an electronic contract is created which lawfully binds the sale. The technical steps required to create the electronic contract between you and Reciprocal are as follows: You place the order for your products on the Web Site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Web Site. Reciprocal will send to you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. (This is not an order acceptance from Reciprocal). Once your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your order, and this decision may be the result of one of the following reasons:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
- Any other reason that Reciprocal in its sole discretion believes warrants the cancellation of the sale.
