Description
The vineyards’ oldest vines, planted at the start of the 20th century, produce the fruit for this cuvée. The aromatic complexity that comes from the appellation’s 13 different grape varieties yields a full-fleshed, rounded and silky wine with elegant tannins. The ideal accompaniment to rib steak, casserole, large game and cheese. This wine has very good ageing potential and can be cellared for 5 to 20 years.
